James H. Densmore, ESQ.
James H. Densmore is of counsel in our family law, divorce, and matrimonial law firm. Raised in Corinth, New York, Mr. Densmore graduated from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He also studied at the University of London and the London School of Economics. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Boston University Law School. Following law school, Mr. Densmore practiced law in Corinth, New York and was associated with a law firm in Glens Falls, Warren County. He represented several Saratoga County municipalities as well as banking institutions. For much of his career, Mr. Densmore has held various positions within New York’s Unified Court System. He was a Saratoga County Assistant District Attorney as well as a confidential law clerk to two Saratoga County Family Court judges. He went on to serve Saratoga County as a Support Magistrate in Saratoga County Family Court for approximately 22 years until his recent retirement in January 2024, immediately prior to joining our law firm. As Support Magistrate, he presided over thousands of support cases in Saratoga County Family Court. He is a member of the Saratoga County Bar Association.
